Our picture shows the insertion, respectively, the removal station of a fully automatic wafer cleaning facility. The electrically driven rotary indexing table accepts three different sizes of carriers which can be inserted in any combination without extra attachments. The clocking of the rotary indexing table is in 90° steps and bi-directional. This permits buffers between the positions determined by manual entry and the fully automatic removal of the carrier.
