Two different plastic parts must be exactly positioned and clamped so that on each end they can be cut by stock removal. In order to compensate for the considerable longitudinal tolerance of the thermoplastic moulded parts the clamps are mounted on sleds which are then placed under tension for that end which is being worked on. The assembly of this jig is on a rotary table which is a component of the NC-processing centre.
