Makes the recording, play-back, presentation and archiving of video signals possible:

from the observation camera in the Columbus Module

from experiments which have a built in video camera and permit the observation of a running process

from other (external) video signal sources

The entire project comprises the development, the design and the testing of the COLUMBUS video equipment (2 recorders and 2 monitors). For this purpose, industry devices were modified for space travel and their interface compatibility.

Delivery is planned for 2001 .
